Cancellation / Refund Policy

 
Should it become necessary for you to cancel your registration for the Q Process Facilitators Training, we will gladly refund your tuition costs, minus a 10% cancellation fee provided we have at least fourteen (14) days notice and we are able to fill your seat with another applicant from our waiting list.

If we are not able to fill your seat you are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may choose to apply your full tuition to the next certification course. Should the cost of the certification increase, you will not be charged the new rate and may attend at the rate you have already paid.
