Using the materials provided, explore what it means to be an integral leader. The leadership team/board takes the Integral Leadership and Church Growth Quiz. Following the quiz, team members read the Keys to Integral Leadership and the Going Integral articles. Gather to discuss the articles and quiz results.

Step Two: Understanding the Shadow: Tools for Transformation
Using the provided article The Shadow Effect, the minister and leadership team/board explore the concept of Shadow Work and share their reflections with each other.

Step Three: Leaders in Practice: Making it Real
Using a daily ritual, the minister and leadership team explore the question “Who have you come here to be?” and experiment with a daily practice bringing awareness to and expressing their divine qualities in everyday life.

Step Four: Building a Foundation: Who Are We Being?
Invite your entire congregation to experience the power of the question “Who have you come here to be?” at a Sunday afternoon workshop presented by one of the authors of Who Have You Come Here to Be, 101 Possibilities for Contemplation.

Step Five: Connecting the Community: Going Deeper
Using Who Have You Come Here to Be, 101 Possibilities for Contemplation, and the 6-week guide provided, take your spiritual community into the depths of the heart to connect with the Divine, themselves, and each other.

Step Six: Engaging Our Pre-teens and Teens
Use I of the Storm for Teens to support your pre-teens and teens in seeing the infinite possibilities within themselves and the world by learning how to see every conflict as an opportunity for healing and self-growth.

Step Seven: Nurturing Our Children
Use a variety of exercises and activities to engage school-age children and little ones in discovering the beauty and joy of knowing who they have come here to be and experiencing the freedom to express it.

Step Eight: Finishing Up Strong: Quickening Conscious Evolution
The final step in the journey to conscious community includes diving in deep by hosting the powerful workshop: The Art and Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You with no upfront costs to you.
